At Richard’s Watches, I know you may have a few questions before choosing a handmade timepiece. Below you’ll find answers to the most common ones. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each watch is assembled, tested, and finished by hand, so please allow 3–4 business days for processing.
Once your watch passes its final inspection, it will be shipped directly to you.
Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — I offer free shipping to customers in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
This is my way of thanking you for supporting my craft and choosing a handmade watch.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely.
As soon as your watch ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey from my workshop to your home.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 30 days of receiving it.
The watch must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
International delivery times vary by location, but shipping remains free no matter where you live.
Feel free to reach out if you’d like an estimate before ordering.
Can I customize a watch?
I no longer offer full custom builds, but I’m happy to discuss smaller adjustments such as strap options or sizing questions.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible at support@richardswatches.com
If your watch hasn’t been assembled or shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update your order.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

How does the Buy one, get two free offer work?
The deal applies only to watches listed in the buy one, get two free collection
If a watch isn’t included there, it is sold at the regular price.
